Conference Package Inclusions:

For Hotel Rooms:

• 6 day all area ski pass [covers over 450 lifts in all ski areas]
• 7 Nights accommodation in the conference hotel
• 7 x four course evening meals [high restaurant standard food/service] You can view a sample menu here.

For Apartments:

• As above without the meals [meal packages are available separately for apartments]

The apartments are part of the same complex and link directly to the hotel. They share the hotel facilities including the heated indoor pool. The configuration of the rooms vary so email me your wish list and I'll let you know options (as best as I can). Note that the hotel rooms are 4 star and better appointed than the 3 star apartments. The apartments are self contained and include a basic kitchenette (hotplates only, no ovens). I recommend you opt for an apartment that accommodates one more than your party for a bit more room. They are of reasonable size and past delegates have always been quite satisfied with them.

Rooms available on a first come basis. Many options will book out as I can only reserve so many rooms. The earlier I know your intention to attend the better. Late registrants may need to be booked in a nearby overflow hotel with prices subject to availability and likely to be higher than these. Please book early. Apartments vary in set up so email me for any special requests.

Non-Delegates are welcome to attend. There is a service fee of $AUD100/room for non-delegates if there is no delegate in the group.
** Multiple delegate registration is for husband and wife registration (both Optoms or Optom/dispenser-receptionist etc) or business partners from the same practice. Not for friends and aquaintances travelling together.
