• Fillet rabbit with cheese and ham, potatoes, eggplants and sauce
• Veal with oregano, carrots purée. Potatoes and white wine sauce
• Char fillet on crustaceans and mussels, parsley and curry potatoes
• Steamed salmon carpaccio with vegetables

• Spanish Cream Brule with brown sugar and plain chocolate
• Apple in puff pastry with apricot jam, orange custard and crunchy nougat
• Meringue with Chantilly cream and lemon ice cream
